Employment Details
A minimum full-time contract of 6 months is required. Long-term full-time positions are available and preferred for the right candidates.

Bar Attendant - FOH
Salary range: $68,000 - $75,000 per annum
Job description
* Takes drink orders from customers
* Follows Responsible Serving of Alcohol (RSA) guidelines
* Prepares and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to recipes and customers' requests
* Handles cash and card payments accurately and operates a POS system
* Assists with bar opening and closing procedures
* Cleans and maintains bar area, including equipment and utensils
* Stocks and replenishes bar inventory and supplies as needed
* Follows health, safety and hygiene regulations
Essential skills and experience
* RSA certificate
* Certificate II, Certificate III and/or at least 1 year experience
* Strong knowledge of drink recipes, mixology and beverage presentation
* Excellent communication, customer service skills and teamwork
* Ability to multitask and work efficiently in past-paced environment
Waiter Supervisor – FOH
Salary: $70,000 - $78,000 per annum
Job description
* Sets up tables and arranges seating for customers
* Greets guests and escort them to the table
* Takes orders from customers for food and beverages
* Provides recommendations and suggestions to customers regarding menu items
* Serves food and drinks promptly and correctly
* Clears tables and ensures the dining area is clean and presentable
* Handles customer enquiries and resolves issues or complaints
* Handles cash and card payments accurately and operates a POS system
* Monitors inventory levels and orders supplies as needed
* Manages and supervises staff, including training and performance evaluation
* Ensures compliance with health, safety and hygiene regulations
Essential skills and experience
* RSA certificate
* Certificate II, Certificate III and/or at least 1 year experience
* Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standard
* Excellent communication, customer service skills and teamwork
* Ability to multitask and work efficiently in past-paced environment
* Leadership and team management skill is preferred
Waiter - FOH
Salary: $65,000 - $72,000 per annum
Job description

Salary: $78,000 - $85,000 per annum
Job description
* Manages day-to-day restaurant operations and ensures smooth and efficient service
* Manages and supervises staff, including hiring, training and performance evaluation
* Oversees the preparation and presentation of food and beverages to ensure quality and customer satisfaction
* Handles customer complaints professionally and resolves issues promptly
* Monitors inventory levels and orders supplies as needed
* Manages budgets and financial transactions, including cash handling and reporting
* Ensures compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
* Collaborates with suppliers and vendors to negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery of goods and services
Essential skills and experience
* RSA certificate
* Advanced Diploma, Diploma and/or at least 3 years of relevant experience
* Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standard
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Strong problem-solving and organisational skills
* Excellent communication, customer service skills and teamwork
* Ability to multitask and work efficiently in past-paced environment
