Responsibilities
* Design and deliver digital assets across web, social media, EDMs, digital advertising, and in-store screens.
* Create static and motion graphics as well as video content for use across paid and owned digital channels (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, and SVOD).
* Adapt and optimise creative across multiple formats, platforms, and specifications.
Campaign & Creative Execution
* Support the delivery of retail campaigns from concept through to execution.
* Translate brand guidelines into engaging, on‐brand visual communication.
* Are comfortable in large volume of assets that are accurate, compliant, and delivered to brief.
Brand Consistency
* Maintain a consistent visual identity across all digital touchpoints.
* Contribute to the evolution of templates, digital standards, and creative best practice.
* Ensure assets align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
* Work closely with marketing, performance, and e‐commerce teams to deliver campaign assets on time.
* Incorporate feedback efficiently and provide creative solutions that meet business needs.
* Manage multiple briefs simultaneously while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
Asset & File Management
* Maintain organised digital asset libraries, file structures, and version control.
* Ensure assets are correctly prepared, filed, and archived.
About You
Skills & Experience
* Strong portfolio demonstrating digital‐first design and motion capability.
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro and Canva.
* Experience producing assets for social, web, EDMs, and digital advertising.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines.
* Experience in retail or lifestyle environments.
* Understanding of design principles and digital best practice.
* Photography or video shooting experience.
