About the Role

We have multiple Permanent Part Time positions for experienced aged care workers available in Bracken Ridge, Carseldine, Strathpine, Mango Hill, Deception Bay, Burpengary and the surrounding areas.
Your day will look like
* Domestic Assistance including cleaning and cooking or meal preparation
* Personal care including getting them up, showering and dressing
* Driving clients to medical appointments or taking them shopping
* Providing social support and community engagement
* Providing complex care and medication management

What we look for
* Valid Driver's licence and a fully insured car
* Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent
* Current First Aid Certificate (or willing to obtain)
* At least 6 months of experience working in homecare or aged care setting
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Dependable and ability to work independently
* You're available to work on weekdays during the day
* A big heart, empathy and a passion for supporting older Australians to live their best life
