Barista / Hospitality All-Rounder to join my families new cafe. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about coffee, customer service, and hospitality, and who can confidently support all areas of day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages consistently
* Deliver excellent customer service and create a welcoming environment
* Take customer orders and handle POS/cash transactions accurately
* Assist with food preparation and service where required
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations, equipment, and dining areas
* Restock supplies and assist with opening and closing duties
* Work efficiently during busy service periods
* Follow food safety, workplace health, and safety standards
* Skills & Experience
* Previous experience as a barista or hospitality all-rounder preferred
* Strong knowledge of coffee, beverages, and basic food service
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
* A positive attitude and strong work ethic
* Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
* Availability to work flexible hours, (no weekends only open on weekdays)
