Job Description The Role This position is an integral part of the branch cluster team and focuses on generating new business opportunities to drive sales growth. Operating in a mobile capacity, the Mobile Banker meets customers at their preferred locations, ensuring convenience and safety at all times. In the role you will: Identify and further develop networking opportunities Generate and grow home lending in the Sydney region Demonstrate initiatives in generating new business leads in all areas including lending, insurance, wealth and business banking Undertake quality consultative conversations with new and existing customers to accurately and fully understand their needs Provide tailored lending solutions and exceptional customer service Contribute to the achievement of business growth for the designated area of responsibility
