Food and Beverage Attendant – Casual (Oaks Melbourne on Market Hotel)
Oaks Melbourne on Market Hotel welcomes enthusiastic, service-driven Food and Beverage Attendants to join our team on a casual basis. The role covers breakfast, lunch and dinner shifts with flexibility required across all seven days, including weekends and public holidays.
Key Responsibilities
* Taking Guest Orders: Accurately and attentively record orders to accommodate guest preferences.
* Menu Expertise and Recommendations: Confidently recommend food and beverage options.
* Serving Food & Beverages: Provide professional and efficient service while ensuring guest satisfaction.
* Delivering Exceptional Customer Service: Engage warmly with guests, promptly address their needs, and strive to exceed expectations.
Shift Details (subject to change)
* Breakfast, lunch and dinner shifts
* Rotating roster across Monday through Sunday
* Split shifts may be required on some days
* RSA and RSG certificates required
Hourly Rates (excluding superannuation)
Monday - Friday: $32.31 per hour
Saturday: $38.78 per hour
Sunday: $45.24 per hour
Qualifications
* Previous experience as a waitstaff, bartender, or in a similar hospitality role
* Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification
* Current RSG (Responsible Service of Gambling) certification
* A warm and approachable demeanour with a positive attitude
* Proven experience delivering high‐quality customer service
* Professional presentation and exceptional communication skills
* Reliability, with the ability to perform effectively in a fast‐paced environment
* Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
