The program is a three-year opportunity to participate in two to three job rotations, receive 1:1 technical mentoring, and take part in unique professional and technical training programs. Our diverse asset portfolio offers multiple opportunities across Adelaide, Brisbane, Perth, and operational sites across Australia.

You will be eligible to participate in Facilities Engineering, Subsurface Engineering, and Drilling & Completions Engineering streams as a Chemical Engineering graduate. Each stream offers unique roles and responsibilities, including:
* Facilities Engineering: responsible for delivering molecules from the wellbore to plant gate in a safe, reliable, and low-cost way, including roles in integrity, reliability, production, surveillance, process control, operations, process safety, operations technology, and projects.
* Subsurface Engineering: characterise the recovery of hydrocarbons from the reservoir and how it can be optimised, involved in most stages of the asset lifecycle, including exploration, appraisal, development, and production, with day-to-day tasks including analysing reservoir and production data, creating and updating analytical and reservoir simulation computer models, and forecasting future production and reserves.
* Drilling & Completions Engineering: responsible for working with area asset team and preparing well designs, cost estimates, and detailed operational guidelines for new and existing wellbores to meet project objectives, supporting incident response, project management, field supervision, and cost/invoice review.
