About the role
TKL Contractors' is seeking a Skilled Fencer to join our team in Bunbury, WA 6230. This full-time role is responsible for the installation of a variety of fencing solutions across residential, commercial and industrial properties.
What you'll be doing
1. Constructing and installing new fences using a range of materials such as glass, timber, aluminium and steel including colourbond.
2. Assisting the wider team on construction of retaining options for fencing to be installed on.
3. Liaising with clients to understand their fencing requirements
4. Reading and interpreting technical drawings and plans for fabrication of custom fencing at internal factory
5. Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with relevant regulations and safety protocols
6. Collaborating with the wider team to deliver projects efficiently and on time
What we're looking for
1. Previous experience as a Skilled Fencer or similar trade role
2. Strong practical and manual skills, with the ability to use a range of hand and power tools
3. Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills
4. Effective communication and customer service skills
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
6. Valid 'C' class manual driver's licence
