We are seeking passionate and experienced lead educators to join our team.
Key Responsibilities Curriculum Development: Create and deliver engaging programs and experiences tailored to the developmental needs and interests of children in line with the EYLF.
Classroom Management: Establish and maintain a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and learning.
Programming and Planning: Documenting children's learning and development in line with the EYLF and National Quality Framework.
Family Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with families through effective communication.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues and centre management to ensure a harmonious, collaborative work environment and contribute to the overall success of the centre.
Health and Safety: Ensure a safe and healthy environment in compliance with relevant regulations, National Quality Framework and Village Early Education's policies.
Qualifications & Experience Education: Diploma level qualification in Education and Care Working with Children's Check: Employee status Experience: Desirable 1 year experience in a lead educator role.
Skills: Strong understanding of early childhood development and best practices in early childhood.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
Attributes: Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for fostering young children's growth and development.
