Completions / QA Engineer
Within a joint venture framework, e2x (in partnership with RSGx) will supply, install and commission HVAC, electrical and communications systems for four major stations on the Sydney Metro and Western Sydney Airport projects. This landmark transport initiative links St Mary's to Bradfield and provides a critical infrastructure asset for the region. The role will coordinate all completions activities through to handover and project close‐out.

Key Responsibilities
* Accountable for performance and delivery of engineering services to support project outcomes against agreed project budgets and schedules.
* Provide construction, pre‐commissioning and commissioning support to projects as required.
* Documentation audit: Review all project documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy, including as‐built drawings, completion reports and test results.
* Checklist creation: Develop a detailed handover checklist covering all necessary documentation, tests and operational guidelines.
* Meetings: Organise meetings with key stakeholders, including operations, maintenance and safety teams, to outline the handover process and address any concerns.
* Clarifications: Resolve any outstanding issues or discrepancies in project documentation or completion activities.
* System testing: Verify that all systems have been tested and commissioned according to specifications and address any issues discovered promptly.
* Final inspections: Conduct final inspections to ensure all installations align with design and client specifications.
* Manual compilation: Compile and organise all operational and maintenance manuals, ensuring they are user‐friendly and accessible.
Experience & Qualifications
* Bachelor of Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
* Demonstarted experience in completions activities on construction/infrastructure projects from execution through to handover and close‐out.
* Solid knowledge of construction, commissioning and completions processes, including QA documentation and systems completion.
