BENEFITS Immediate start in this contract role paying $72 - $77 per hour Super with possibility for extension 38 hours per week with 1 flexi day every fortnight A great team culture that prioritises flexibility and work life balance ABOUT THE POSITION As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing construction activities to ensure quality standards are met. Serve as a main point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates and addressing concerns. Lead contracts administration and tendering processes. DUTIES Develop Project plans, including scope, budget, and timeline Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project alignment Ensure that the projects comply with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards Prepare reports on project progress, issues, and changes for stakeholders SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Bachelor of Construction Management/Civil Engineering or a related field Great Communication skills, both verbal and written Familiarity with Project Management software like Asana, Trello, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project Prior experience as a Project Manager in Buildings, Open spaces, Civil projects.
