We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a Product Delivery Directorate responsible for designing, developing and delivering high-quality ICT products within a secure environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Investigate and analyse business situations with varying levels of complexity and ambiguity
* Adopt a holistic approach to identify problems and improvement opportunities
* Conduct root cause analysis and develop evidence-based recommendations
* Define and document business requirements, specifications and acceptance criteria
* Collaborate with stakeholders, architects and development teams to support ICT deployment
* Contribute to selection of appropriate business analysis approaches (predictive or agile)
* Engage stakeholders across operational and management levels
* Support development of standards and guidelines for business analysis where required
Required Skills & Experience
* Minimum 3–5 years experience as a Business Analyst
* Demonstrated experience within secure or classified ICT environments
* Strong requirements elicitation and documentation capability
* Experience working alongside system architects and development teams
* Ability to operate effectively in structured, high-accountability environments
* Experience across predictive (plan-driven) and/or adaptive (Agile/iterative) delivery models
Qualifications
Mandatory:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
Desirable:
* IIBA ECBA
* IIBA CCBA
* IIBA CBAP
Ideal Candidate Profile
* Experience delivering within Defence or National Security environments
* Comfortable operating in ambiguity while maintaining structured outputs
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills across technical and business audiences
* Proven ability to translate business needs into actionable system requirements
