Key Responsibilities:
* Accountable for coordinating testing activities and providing clear reporting of results to technical teams.
* Designing test cases and scripts mapped to specific criteria, while applying expertise in testing tools and methodologies.
* Identifying process improvements, maintaining testing standards, and recommending courses of action for complex issues.
* Maintaining knowledge of change control procedures and management tools.
Key skills:
* Proven ability to plan and drive testing across all product stages while providing authoritative advice on test execution.
* Expertise in tailoring processes and guiding the adoption of testing tools and standards.
* Experience developing acceptance criteria for functional/non-functional requirements and executing test scenarios to deliver business benefits.
* Ability to manage resolutions and corrective actions while enhancing customer and stakeholder relationships.
