Due to an internal promotion, we're on the hunt for a Workforce Planning & Optimisation Manager to lead across our phone and messaging channels. If you love forecasting, solving operational puzzles and turning data into insights, you'll feel at home here.
What you'll be doing
* Leading a team of 6 workforce planning specialists
* Owning medium–long term forecasting and FTE planning
* Optimising how we schedule, report and run our omni‐channel operations
* Lifting our reporting capability and guiding insights that drive action
* Ensuring tools like Genesys, LivePerson and MicroStrategy are effectively used (experience with these tools is helpful but not essential)
* Coaching and mentoring your team to be the best in the business
What you'll bring
* Solid leadership experience (around 3 to 5 years) with a style that empowers others, developed in a WFP environment
* Strong strategic thinking and commercial judgement
* The ability to influence, partner and simplify the complex
* A passion for continuous improvement and finding better, smarter ways of working
