General gist of the role: Listing and Selling of residential properties, including:
* Prospect and generate leads, sale opportunities and new clients
* Conduct property appraisals and listing presentations
* Manage property listings and advertising campaigns
* Facilitate open homes and private inspections
* Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors
* Guide clients through contracts and sale processes
* Maintain strong client relationships and follow-up pipelines
* Stay informed on local market trends and legal requirements
* Maintain accurate CRM records and documentation
What do you need to bring to the table:
* Current NSW real estate certificate and/or licence
* Full working rights within AUS
* Previous real estate sales experience (minimum 1 year within the industry)
* Self motivated, driven and hungry to succeed
* Team player who appreciates a great team and culture is worth protecting
* Not afraid to put in the work to see reward
