As a Qantas Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME), you will be responsible for performing aircraft maintenance and rectification as per manufacturers' and company specifications to a high standard. You will work with specialist teams to ensure excellent engineering standards based on safety, quality, reliability, and service.
You'll have – Completed Certificate IV Aeroskills qualification (Mechanical or Avionics) Previous experience in a Line Maintenance environment (desirable) Relevant Aircraft Maintenance (Mechanical, Structures, or Avionics) trade experience on B737-800 and/or A330 Experience working on B787 and A380 (desirable) Completed all documentation and reporting requirements to a high standard Ownership and drive to meet business outcomes Ability to work safely and adhere to all safety and compliance procedures Thorough knowledge of aircraft maintenance procedures Ability to work as part of a team Customer-focused attitude with flexibility to undertake additional duties High attention to detail Australian Driver's license Successful pass of a Pre-Employment Medical Why Qantas?
