Role Description
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Business Development Consultant to join our team. This full-time, on-site role is based in Canning Vale, WA. The consultant will be responsible for identifying and developing business opportunities, establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, promoting IPD's wide range of products and services, and delivering tailored solutions to meet client needs. Additional responsibilities include preparing proposals, analyzing market trends, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with internal teams to drive business growth.
Qualifications
* Experience in business development, client relationship management, and sales strategies
* Strong understanding of the electrical market, including power distribution, energy management, and automation
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Proven ability to analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities
* Proficiency in CRM tools and relevant sales software
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
* Previous experience in the electrical or energy industry is highly favorable
