Assistant Store Manager
As a key member of our team, you will oversee and supervise daily store operations. You will support and develop your team to ensure outstanding service is being provided to our customers.
* Work closely with the Store Managers in leading the team, and managing operations to achieve success
* Available to work Sunday to Thursday
* Coach and develop team members
* Live, breathe & role model genuine service, creating moments that matter for customers
* Are safety leaders, always providing the safest work environment for themselves, team members & customers
* Always set a positive example
* Often have opening and closing responsibilities
Our ideal candidate has previous supervisory experience or is ready for that next step. Strong leadership skills and a strong work ethic are essential. The ability to manage a team, delegate tasks to available skill sets, and demonstrate previous retail or trade experience, including sales, wholesale, and/or workshop operations experience is also required.
We are open to receiving applications from people without industry experience. To be successful in this role, you must have a flexible availability, hold a valid driver's license, and have the physical capacity to perform the duties of the role (including handling products of a heavy nature).
