Your new role
* Drive vehicles to customers.
* Use GPS apps to plan the best route.
* Be up to date on traffic conditions.
* Collect vehicles from customers.
* Clean vehicles inside and out within specified timeframes
* Complete all iPad customer forms.
* Customer service car handover
* Providing a customer with a clean car is a key part of our service promise, and so is getting the car to them on time
What you'll need to succeed
* Current Driver's License
* Passion and pride in delivering excellent customer service.
* Professional and well-presented
* Clear communicator with good organizational skills
* Works collaboratively as part of a team
* Required level of physical fitness to drive and wash cars.
* While experience with cars is not essential, bringing a high level of customer service to the role
