Key Responsibilities
* Provide advisory services on performance management, disciplinary processes, discrimination, bullying, and harassment.
* Apply problem-solving skills to complex client workplace issues.
* Analyse evidence for workplace investigations and organisational reviews.
* Undertake research and provide advice on enterprise bargaining and policy reviews.
Your Background
* Tertiary qualifications in Law, Industrial Relations, or Human Resources.
* Experience as an employment lawyer or employee/industrial relations/human resources advisor.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Excellent client service skills.
