The Opportunity: We’re currently on the lookout for a talented Senior Account Manager/Account Director with extensive digital experience to work in our Consumer Account Management team, specifically on our flagship automotive client. You will be responsible for the working relationship with the client. Most aspects of the relationship should be led by yourself with support as needed by the Senior Account Director/Group Account Director. Essential Skills Responsible for day-to-day management and growth of Maintain a mutually positive and collaborative relationship with all Clients. Ensuring that clients are efficiently charged for the work the agency has Bringing best practice in client service skills to the Providing communications counsel and strategic advice to each Budgeting/resource planning, allocations and management Working with a project team to keep project on schedule and within scope Providing support and input into strategic plans to satisfy the client’s objectives Writing clear, informed creative and production briefs that enable great Planning, forecasting and developing client growth Working with the team to create strategic plans to satisfy the client’s business/digital/marketing goals. Working with the project management and development teams to develop concepts for the project and to ensure integration and production feasibility. Advising clients and agency teams on the latest digital Highly Desirable Skills Automotive Clients Digital marketing experience is a must (UX/CX, CRM, SEO/SEM, Data & Analytics, e-commerce, Digital Platform Development etc) Show a strong commitment to the Company’s core values of Collaboration, Integrity & Curiosity Embrace and respect the Company’s community and environmental responsibilities Exceptional communication skills Proven ability of working within a team Excellent attention to detail Why Orchard?
