* Identify opportunities to exceed service level expectations, key performance indicators, and regulatory requirements.
* Assist in managing workflow and resources, as well as participating in claim reviews and performance meetings.
* Manage a portfolio of sensitive or high-risk claims according to regulatory guidelines and promote a positive risk culture.
* Act as a point of escalation to influence outcomes that support the team and business goals.
* Provide specialist advice on complex claims, leveraging analysis and experience for sound decision-making.
This role involves managing a portfolio of personal injury and property liability claims throughout most jurisdictions in Australia for corporate clients and insurers. Claims will be managed from appointment through to settlement, ensuring cost-effective and timely outcomes.
