Training Advisor Opportunity
This role offers a unique chance to contribute to the development and implementation of training plans within a dynamic emergency service agency.
1. Floods, Storms and Tsunamis Response Training. It involves coordinating capability building across multiple members, units, and joint agencies. The aim is to provide cohesive learning outcomes through various mediums such as classroom sessions or field-based activities.}
Key Responsibilities include developing strategic plans for improving our service's response capabilities during flood events by undertaking rigorous needs assessments amongst affected communities; fostering positive relationships with volunteers serving different sectors like disaster preparedness,first aid courses planning etc.
