You'll play a central role in growing and nurturing relationships with some of the world's leading brands working for a Business that is trusted by over 200 top Enterprise organisations including General Motors, L'Oréal, Coca-Cola, Lion, and Samsung.
We're looking for a proactive and solution-driven Account Manager who takes full ownership to join our team. You'll be the key driver of long-term growth for your portfolio, identifying opportunities, influencing senior stakeholders, and shaping automation strategies that deliver real impact. This role offers career-defining exposure to enterprise transformation and high-value commercial negotiations.
What You'll Do
* Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior leaders across 30+ accounts.
* Conduct occasional onsite visits domestically with clients.
* Deliver high-level presentations to lawyers, senior executives, and in-house legal teams.
* Understand customer priorities and translate them into expansion opportunities.
* Lead commercial reviews demonstrating ROI, uplift potential, and value creation.
* Support customers to embed Plexus deeper across users, workflows, and regions.
* Drive renewals, multi-year agreements, and commercial discussions.
* Collaborate with Product, Legal Delivery, and Implementation teams to ensure smooth execution.
* Deliver structured account plans with clear growth pathways and stakeholder strategies.

To be successful you must come with a proven track record in a Saas sales or Account Management role dealing with key stakeholders within mid-market or enterprise level Clients.
Additionally, a background in Law will be essential, whether that is a Law Degree, professional Legal experience or exposure to the Legal tech industry.
