Ancora Kids Browns Plains Childcare Centre is undergoing new management and is now seeking to expand our team 2 x Part time or Casual early childhood educator (Diploma or Cert qualify).

What will we expect?
Early Childhood Educators (Diploma or Cert III Qualified)
Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Be a clear communicator, with a great team-work ethic.
- Display ownership of your own learning programs, with a demonstrated pride for the presentation of your room and the service.
- A commitment to continuing to develop reflective practice, seeking to expand your pedagogy and own learning.
- Have a solid understanding of the National Law, Regulations and Assessment procedures.
- Assess the needs of each child and monitor their progress with regular observations.
- Be able to maintain respectful relationships with children and their families; working collaboratively in their care.
- Maintain health and safety standards, and risk minimisation strategies.
- Manage the room's daily routines and associated administrative and compliance tasks.
- Current First Aid, CPR, BlueCard, ACECQA Approved Diploma Qualifications

Part-time hours: 20 per week
**Salary**: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
