About the Role:
As a Service Advisor/Administration Officer, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers — handling enquiries, booking services, and coordinating with our towing and roadside teams. You'll play a key role in delivering a seamless customer experience from first contact to job completion.

Your Key Responsibilities:
* Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone
* Schedule and manage service jobs, towing, and roadside call-outs
* Complete administration duties
* Liaise with technicians, tow truck drivers, and the broader team to ensure timely service delivery
* Maintain accurate records, job cards, and customer communications
* Handle workshop-related service bookings and updates
* Provide clear updates and advice to customers on services required or performed
* Follow up on completed jobs and ensure customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience in a Service Advisor or similar role in the Automotive or transport industry (preferred)
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Ability to multi-task and manage priorities in a high-volume environment
* Confident with office software and workshop/job management systems
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Positive attitude and a team-first approach
* Ability to work under pressure and meet time-sensitive deadlines
* Ability to travel to Sunshine Coast for training
