Job Description
Our team is seeking a highly skilled HSE Specialist to provide technical support and implement health, safety, and environment systems. The role involves coordinating and maintaining HSE systems, conducting risk assessments, and engaging with stakeholders to manage risks and foster a positive HSE culture.
Key Responsibilities
* Support operational teams with day-to-day HSE advice and guidance
* Lead incident investigations to ensure quality incident management outcomes
* Engage with stakeholders to manage risks, assure compliance, and promote a positive HSE culture
* Plan and facilitate assurance activities, including risk assessments, work practice compliance checks, site inspections, audits, observations, and interactions
Requirements
* Demonstrated experience as an HSE professional in the energy industry or similar field
* Tertiary qualification in Health and Safety and/or Environment
* Proficiency in MS Excel and SAP advantageous
