Our client is one of Australia's best performing Builder Developers.
With impressive and achievable growth plans, consistent revenue streams, land acquired and the internal progression of the current Construction Manager (who is taking on a national role), there is now an excellent opportunity for a senior operational leader to join as the Construction Manager for QLD.
Our client has around $120m of their own developments currently in construction in Brisbane and they are forecasting for that to double over the next two years. You will be tasked with leading existing and established operational teams to deliver the highest quality projects from DA to completion.
You will inspire your project teams to consistently surpass expectations, creating mutually beneficial outcomes for everyone involved in the process. Your collaborative working style will bring all stakeholders together to ensure a streamlined and efficient plan is delivered on time and to budget, without compromising on the quality of the product. You will have experience managing multiple projects at once, adopting a high-level strategic view whilst maintaining the ability to dive in to the detail and create solutions to project specific issues.
The company and current workbook are in great shape, secure in their revenue streams and you will benefit from a lengthy and comprehensive handover from the current Construction Manager for QLD.
This will suit a Senior Project Manager from a large Tier 2 Contractor or Builder Developer who has the appropriate runs on the board, supported by solid tenure and excellent references.
