What Success Looks Like In This Role
* Serves as senior business process outsourcing delivery specialist.
* Coordinates and plays a lead role in daily site operational activities, ensuring timely service delivery and achievement of contracted performance expectations.
* Leads or participates in projects to implement new initiatives, onboard new clients or enhance existing processes.
* Ensures service delivery meets quality standards, regulatory requirements and contractual obligations.
* Monitors and reviews work processes, ensuring achievement of production requirements, volumes and deadlines.
* Identifies potential risks, working with management to develop and implement mitigation strategies – striving to ensure effective service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction.
* Provides procedural guidance and support for less experienced team members.
* Performs historical data analysis to identify and mitigate potential issues before they occur.
* Proposed changes to improve service delivery, problem solving and incident resolution.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
* High School Diploma
* May require technical certification or associate degree
* Generally, 7+ years' experience in area of responsibility
