Modular Construction Opportunity
We're seeking a talented individual to join our team as an Architectural Designer / Estimator. This is an exciting opportunity to work with us, delivering high-quality modular solutions across Australia and globally.
Your key responsibilities will include developing architectural concepts, preparing accurate drawings, and producing detailed building estimates for modular packages. You'll collaborate closely with our Design & Estimating, Manufacturing, Permanent Modular Construction and Rentals teams to gain exposure to the full lifecycle of modular construction.
* You'll produce architectural drawings aligned with client requirements, liaise with consultants to confirm compliance with relevant standards, and maintain/update BIM (Revit) project components.
What We Need From You
* Diploma or Certificate IV in Building Design (or related discipline).
* Drafting and estimating experience within building or modular construction.
