Due to expansion and growth, my client based in Mount Waverley is seeking a
**Payroll & Accounts Receivable Officer** to assist with the day-to-day management of AR and payroll duties. Reporting into the Finance Manager who will look to inspire & support you to foster long term business knowledge within a growing and thriving industry. You must be able to work 4-5 days in the office.
**THE ROLE**
- Organise and conduct all activities relating to timesheets.
- Organise and conduct all activities relating to the weekly pay cycle.
- Maintain RDO spreadsheet.
- Maintain annual leave calendar and annual leave liability to management.
- Maintain sick leave entitlement spreadsheet.
- Maintain LSL spreadsheet and calculate LSL prepayments.
- Calculate redundancy payments and enter data.
- Organise and conduct activities relating to apprentices.
- Organise and conduct all activities relating to payroll.
- Calculate and submit WorkCover remunerations.
- Co-operate with management in its fulfilment of its legislative obligations.
- Organise and conduct activities relating to Accounts Receivable.
- Call customers to schedule due payments.
- Help Accounts Payable as required
- Organise and conduct all activities relating to new and current staff.
- Organise and conduct all activities relating to Subcontractors.
