We are the largest fleet provider in the Pilbara, with over 20 years of experience in the region. We have depots in Hazelmere, Karratha, Port Hedland, Newman and Bunbury and offer a huge range of fleet solutions to our valued clients, ranging from trucks, 4WD’s, buses, coaches and cranes.
We are seeking an experienced and motivated sales professional to manage the selling and purchasing of all our fleet and to oversee the many other aspects of looking after our fleet.
You will be responsible for building strong relationships with buyers and suppliers and developing a solid sales pipeline for our well-maintained, high demand fleet.You will be responsible from making sure the fleet is road worthy, compliant and managed properly.
To excel in this role, you will enjoy working in collaborative team environment, have excellent social and organisational skills, and be able to offer unrivalled customer service to ensure highly valued return business.A minimum level of basic to intermediate computer skills will also be required to perform this role.
Responsibilities:
Meeting with commercial and individual buyers
Creating and implementing sales strategies and identifying new markets for opportunities
Proactively identify, pursue and acquire new business and increase fleet sales
Meet and aim to exceed business KPI’s and sales targets
Establish sales objectives through forecasting and maintain quarterly and annual sales quotas
Provide feedback to management on customer proposals, sales data, forecasts and profitability
Oversee Fleet Service Schedules and all aspects of maintenance and warranty
Ensure the fleet is compliant with all government regulations
Work closely with scheduler to ensure the business is efficient
Work with Sales team to keep utilisation at its maximum.
Maintain our Dealer's licence and all legal requirements
Requirements:
5+ years professional experience in sales, marketing in car, truck, bus or cranes.
Demonstrated track record of success in the sales cycle from plan to close
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to network and build solid working relationships
Ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive team
Solid negotiation and influencing capabilities
Intermediate level Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Manual C Class Driver’s Licence
