Workforce Optimisation Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled Workforce Optimisation Specialist to spearhead productivity and cost management initiatives from our Sydney office.
This role involves overseeing workforce costs, analysing data, providing insights, and developing strategies to maximise efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in operations management or a related field, and proven experience in labour cost analysis, workforce planning, or operations management.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Analyse and report on workforce metrics, including attrition, headcount, capacity, and labour costs
* Develop and implement labour modelling and productivity solutions to maximise efficiency
* Monitor key metrics, forecast staffing needs, and optimise resource allocation
The Ideal Candidate:
* Bachelor's degree in operations management, Business Administration, or a related field
* Proven experience in labour cost analysis, workforce planning, or operations management
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis tools
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
