What you will be doing
The role provides administration and clerical support to the manager and team, within a range of settings as part of the administration team to facilitate smooth operation of the service/unit/ward/facility.

Selection Criteria
* Experience working in a similar support role in a complex organisation as an effective team member.
* Ability to prioritise tasks and achieve key objectives in a busy work environment.
* Effective communication with a wide range of stakeholders, attention to detail in writing, and good listening skills.
* Competency in common information and communication technology (word processing, data entry, emails, internet searches).
* Commitment to excellent customer service and maintaining patient privacy and confidentiality.
* Initiative in relation to known work procedures and ability to work under broad supervision.
* Understanding of health and medical terminology.
