Job Title: Accounts All-Rounder/Administration Assistant

We are seeking a versatile and diligent professional to provide comprehensive support to our finance team. The ideal candidate will have experience with accounting software, advanced Excel skills, and ability to work efficiently.

* Primary Responsibilities:

1. General office administration duties
2. Accounts payable and receivable management
3. Filing and archiving documents
4. Weekly and monthly financial reporting
5. Reconciliation of accounts
6. Maintenance of accounting software
7. Assistance with daily correspondence

Key Skills and Qualifications:

* Accounting Software: Experience with MYOB or similar accounting software
* Excel Skills: Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
* Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
