About the role
* Develop in depth knowledge of pathology regulations and quality systems
* Support the Quality Manager in overseeing the laboratory Quality Management System
* Ensure regulatory compliance with internal protocols and standards
* Conduct internal audits, coordinate equipment calibrations and offsite record archiving
* Work independently and collaboratively with the Quality Manager, Pathologists and Laboratory Managers
About you
* Hold relevant tertiary qualifications in a pathology related scientific field
* Demonstrated experience in the delivery of pathology services
* Strong knowledge of ISO 15189 and NPAAC pathology requirements
* Understanding of GMP requirements for Human Blood and Tissues
* Excellent communication, judgment and analytical skills
