This position is being offered in a Temporary Part-Time capacity (0.83FTE), 60 hours per fortnight.

About the Role
This role provides an exciting opportunity to support the Business Manager in ensuring the smooth administrative and operational management of Salisbury State School. Key responsibilities include:
* Financial Management:
* Handling invoicing, budget preparation, and monitoring within EQ Financial Guidelines.
* HR Administration:
* Applying OneSchool functions for enrolments, record-keeping, and school communications.
* Managing HR processes through MyHR, including staff records and compliance.
* Facility Management:
* Coordinating maintenance and improvement projects using systems like BEMIR and WAAPs.
* Arranging contractor access and ensuring facilities align with safety standards.
