Overview
We have an opportunity for a passionate and career‐driven Property Manager to join our team managing a diverse portfolio of Commercial Assets for a mixture of private clients. Location: Melbourne | Land of the Wurundjeri people.
Responsibilities
* Responsible and accountable for the overall performance of the property management and building services operations for a Commercial Portfolio.
* Maintain close liaison with owners, occupiers and operational personnel with regards all aspects of property management including lease activities to ensure compliance, lease renewals, rent reviews, preparation of lease and license documentation including other legal matters.
* Monitor all financial transactions relating to management buildings and ensure the proper authorisation of payments and collection of debts.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a similar commercial role in Property Management.
* A capacity to manage client expectations with an ability to manage multiple projects and work to strict deadlines.
* A proactive, approachable and professional demeanour with a high level of attention to detail.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective working relationships.
