Key Role Responsibilities
* Full-Time Role: Consistent, secure full-time hours.
* Rotating Roster: Work on a rotating roster between the hours of 7:00 am and 6:30 pm.
* Collaborative Planning: Actively assist with program planning ideas and documentation, bringing your creativity to life.
* Warm Environment: Create a genuinely warm, welcoming, and nurturing environment for all children and families.
* Community Connection: Foster strong, meaningful relationships with our families, upholding our family-community focused ethos.
* Supervision and Safety: Maintain continuous and diligent supervision of all children to ensure a safe and secure learning environment.
* Meeting Children's Needs: Attend promptly to all children's personal needs, including nappy changes, feeding (bottles and meals), implementing sleep and rest routines, and settling children comfortably into the daily environment.
* Compliance: Adhere strictly to all service regulations, policies, and procedures.
Essential Requirements
* Approved Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent, as recognised by ACECQA).
* Subject to a police check or willingness to obtain
* Have two references that can attest to you working with children .
* Current Working with Children Check (WWCC).
* Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma Management certifications.
* A true passion for early childhood education and a positive, collaborative attitude.
* Mandatory reporting training
