Room Attendant Job Opportunity
A Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in guest rooms by performing a variety of tasks to deliver an exceptional Guest experience.
The key responsibilities include:

* Cleaning guest bedrooms and bathrooms with attention to detail and thoroughness.
* Vacuuming rooms and corridors to ensure a tidy and organized environment.
* Changing and replenishing bed linen, towels, and guest amenities according to company guidelines.
* Undertaking regular deep cleaning tasks to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
* Restocking and maintaining trolleys on a daily basis to ensure efficient service delivery.
* Reporting any missing or damaged items to the Housekeeping Supervisor and taking steps to replace or repair them to minimize disruption to Guests.
* Ensuring that all equipment inside and around Guest rooms as well as in work areas is in good working condition to prevent any disruptions to service.
* Practicing environmental awareness and disposing of waste responsibly.
* Managing guest requests in a timely and efficient manner to provide excellent customer service.
* Complying with hotel security, fire regulations, and all health and safety legislation to maintain a safe working environment.
* Carrying out lost property procedures to reunite Guests with their misplaced items.
* Assisting other departments wherever necessary and maintaining good working relationships to achieve shared goals.
Requirements and Qualifications:
* Maintaining a positive attitude and providing excellent customer service at all times.
* Having good communication skills to effectively interact with Guests and Team Members.
* Being committed to delivering high levels of customer service and adhering to company standards.
* Having excellent grooming standards to project a professional image.
* Ability to work independently or as part of a team to achieve shared goals.
* Flexibility and reliability in terms of working hours and duties.
* Hotel experience and/or experience in a similar position would be advantageous but not essential.
