As the Retail Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing various Retail Marketing activities, implementing initiatives and strategies to optimise sustainable sales and build brand equity, and contributing to the achievement of business and asset objectives. You will be a key player in the marketing team and will work closely with other departments to ensure the success of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
**Responsibilities**:
- Implement marketing plan and develop and deliver marketing campaigns, utilising knowledge of current market trends to ensure an innovative approach.
- Lead marketing audits aligned to addressing key issues and communicate outcomes to stakeholders.
- Implement a media plan and evaluate all media channels, keeping abreast of new technologies and methods aligned to delivering ongoing enhancements to the media plan.
- Ensure all digital marketing platforms are utilised in an integral way for maximum impact and to deliver against marketing KPIs.
- Manage expenditure in line with approved centre marketing budget.
- Analyse and understand retailer sales performance, utilising this information to determine areas to improve.
- Analyse and report on sales trends and revise strategy as required.
- Calculate and understand campaign ROI and use this to inform decisions and planning.
- Oversee work undertaken by agencies and contractors against brief/KPIs.
- Manage relationships with community stakeholders and partners such as community groups, schools and council.
- Build and maintain knowledge and awareness of marketing developments and trends to ensure knowledge of best practice industry standards and compliance with applicable legislation.
**Requirements**:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in marketing, advertising and/or public relations combined with a demonstrable advanced level of role knowledge/experience.
- Experienced in marketing campaign management and sourcing, planning and crafting copy, customised for each communication channel with a target audience in mind.
- Sound understanding of digital marketing platforms.
- Strong project management skills with sound understanding of risk management, including identification and management of hazards, and the ability to work through complex issues and guide and coach others in the resolution of problems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong relationship management skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
This is a
**6-month initial contract** with a rate of
**$600-700 per day plus super.** The location of this role is
**Tweed Heads**.
