You will be our friendly and professional Reservations Attendant, providing exceptional customer service and promoting our products across various reservations locations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person effectively.
* Process bookings and payments accurately and efficiently.
* Maintain a clean and welcoming front counter and public areas.
* Assist with stock take and operational procedures smoothly.
* Provide safety briefings and manage tour manifests successfully.
* Support team members across reservations, call center, and canoe shed.
* Promote company products and services to enhance business growth.
* Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards at all times.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
