As a Field Maintenance Supervisor | Hydraulics, you will play a vital role in ensuring the reliability, safety, and efficiency of our mining equipment and infrastructure. You will lead a team of skilled maintenance technicians, coordinate maintenance schedules, and collaborate with operations to optimise performance.
What You Will Do:
* Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities across the Blackwater Mine site
* Lead, mentor, and develop maintenance team members
* Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations
* Plan and prioritise maintenance work to minimise downtime
* Collaborate with operational teams to optimise equipment performance
* Maintain accurate maintenance records and reporting
What You Will Bring:
* Proven experience in maintenance supervision within the mining or heavy industry sector
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Sound knowledge and maintenance practices of CAT, Liebherr and Komatsu Excavators
