Accounts and Payroll Officer (Hybrid Role)
Job Title: Accounts & Payroll Officer (with Administrative Support Duties)
Location: Robina | Employment Type: Casual | Hybrid role – Accounts, Payroll & Administration
We are a small but growing business seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts & Payroll Officer to join our close-knit team. This is a varied role that combines finance responsibilities with day-to-day office support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and wearing multiple hats.
Responsibilities
Accounts & Payroll
Process fortnightly payroll accurately and on time.
Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and reconciliations.
BAS, superannuation, and end-of-month reporting.
Maintain accurate financial records and support bookkeeping tasks.
Legislative and compliance requirements.
Assist with Business Budgeting.
Administration & Office Support
Provide general administrative assistance to the team and management.
Answer calls, emails, and handle client or supplier inquiries.
Manage office supplies, filing, and other basic office duties.
Support with scheduling, data entry, and documentation as required.
Manage KPI's and provide reports for management.
About You
Previous experience in payroll and accounts processing (Xero).
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
Flexible, proactive, and willing to assist across different areas of the business.
Excellent communication skills and a team-player attitude.
