Job Title: Car Wash Attendant And General Maintenance
We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our team as a car wash attendant in South Nowra. This is a full-time position (38 hours per week) with rostered hours across 7 days.
This role involves maintaining the car wash facility, supporting customers, replenishing stock levels, and handling cash hoppers. You will also assist with pre-wash rinses when required to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintenance and Upkeep: Perform regular cleaning and safety checks on the car wash site to maintain its presentation.
* Customer Service: Assist customers with machine use, payment, and wash selections, providing excellent service and resolving any issues that may arise.
* Stock Replenishment: Regularly replenish stock levels of cleaning products, chemicals, paper towels, and other essential items.
* Financial Management: Empty and reconcile money hoppers securely and accurately, ensuring all financial transactions are handled correctly.
* Equipment Maintenance: Monitor wash equipment and report any faults or required repairs to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
* Safety and Compliance: Ensure all work is performed safely and in line with company procedures, adhering to relevant health and safety guidelines.
