* Develop and implement strategic plans to grow market share by maintaining regular and effective call cycles
* Ensure the sales channels to market and end users are fully trained in Siniat branded products and systems
* Identify and recommend business development opportunities in conjunction with the Regional Sales Manager
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven sales experience in the building and construction industry
* Strong written and verbal presentation skills together with well-developed negotiation and time management skills
* Competent in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
* Results driven, confident, focused and self-motivated with a proactive attitude
