As a seasoned IT Support Specialist, you will serve as the primary point of contact for technical assistance and provide Level 1 support to staff within our organization.
You will be responsible for delivering onsite desktop support and facilitating the setup of various IT-related peripherals. Additionally, you will work within the Service Desk environment, handling client inquiries, logging issues, managing, and resolving them using remote desktop technology.
