Job Overview

The Patient Support Services (PSS) Supervisor oversees the development and management of support staff to ensure a high level of customer service. This role involves coordinating operational activities, monitoring staff performance, and ensuring that staff meet safety and quality standards.


Key Responsibilities

* Managing the CARPS system
* Leading, supervising, training, mentoring, coaching, and developing support staff
* Coordinating service operations, monitoring staff performance, and implementing process improvements
* Directing the activities of Hospital Service Assistants and Cleaners during after-hours shifts
