- Taking a more holistic care approach, work within a multidisciplinary team to support the journey from rehab to healing
- Perform a variety of assessments depending on your area of clinical expertise. This could include functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic or activities of daily living assessments
- Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders including the employee who has suffered injury, illness, or trauma, medical specialists, and other treatment providers.
In this hybrid role, location may vary between the Acumen office, work from home options and the RAAF Base Amberley. When supporting clients on-base, you will be required to work between the hours of 07:30 - 16:00. Some travel to Toowoomba may also be required.
**What will make you successful**:
- Current unrestricted registration or membership with the relevant industry body (AHPRA, ESSA, AASW)
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Social Work, Osteopathy or Nursing
- Clinical reasoning
- Ability to engage across multidisciplinary teams to support the achievement of a common goal
- Passion to help people rehabilitate
