About the Role:
We're looking for a motivated and hands-on Construction Coordinator to support the smooth delivery of construction projects across multiple sites. This role is ideal for someone looking to transition off the tools and grow into a future managerial position.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with the delivery of materials and equipment to site teams
* Support stocking and organisation of the construction factory
* Coordinate and manage on-site and factory deliveries
* Conduct inventory reviews and condition assessments
* Aid in project documentation and reporting
* Participate in site inspections, defects & client handovers
* Facilitate communication flow between builders, employees and management
Requirements:
* Current and valid car driver's licence
* Solid understanding of construction processes
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
